RZD Online is mobile service, developed for providing RZD customer feedback and to tackle it in a timely manner.
The app includes 3 modules: CONSULTING, SOLVING PROBLEMS, NEWS.
RZD clients can ask questions or submit complaints via the app and as a result receieve an official response of ZRD dedicated experts.
There are 39 feedback topics on the railway infrastructure. A user can report a problem in 3 simple steps:
1. Select the feedback topic;
2. Upload a picture and provide contact details;
3. Briefly describe the issue and submit the complaint.
The NEWS module lists the latest RZD corporate news and news on Russian public transportation in general.
